I go to the post office every day to ship orders at 7am and at about 6pm before and after work.
If it has been an extremely long time (more than 1 month) on a domestic (USA) order, please let me know as there is a likelihood it's either lost or the order was dropped by my email. This happens occassionally, and it's pretty unfortunate, but the Paypal system generates a little receipt I use to ship from, and sometimes the email is blocked or not generated. I can easily still look it up, but if its been a long long time, I'd appreciate if you'd contact me to check up on it. I don't like it that you dont have it either trust me!
Q: Are you looking for bands? I have a band. We're kind of good.

Q: How come international shipping costs a lot?
A: Because every time I leave the post office to mail a 7", for some reason they tell me "it has to go Priority at this weight" and that costs a lot. I've lost a few thousand bucks being nice already. It's time to at least break even because I'm almost out of stuff to eBay.

A: Neither. It's a weird oval.

Q: What shipping methods and timeframe can I expect for my order?

Here's the "breakdown" on shipping:
NORTH AMERICAN orders: They go pretty quick most times, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery (UNLESS it's a PRE-order!!! For these, clock starts from release date of the record).
WORLDWIDE orders: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery on international orders. They pretty much always go out Priority Airmail on international packages. That or some type of air mail. Surface in the US has been discontinued so you should see it in a week or two most times.
If you are curious or freaked out, you can always email me to check on your package if you are at all concerned. I will find out what's up for you. And if somethings my fault I've even been known to throw in some records you might like. So there. I am trying to help out ok? Feel free to ask me questions. It's what I do at work when Im bored. A: if you want to interview somebody for your zine or website or whatever I would for real suggest google or myspace and get with the band. But if theres some lucrative film scoring deal, always go through the label, yeah.
Q: Where does the name of the label come from?
A: It comes from combining some words.
Q: When is _____________ coming out?
A: When you start telling your friends to buy my records so I can put ___________ out. No, I'll post it as it comes in. Rest-assured there's always 6.43 or so records in the pipe here. I feel weird announcing things too early. Some people say it builds some kinda hype, but it really just builds staleness for the day it does happen. Like if a breakfast restaurant chef was saying "dude yer gonna love this pancake, oh yeah, fuck these links, hell yes...awesome...." well it might be better to just get a hot plate one day out of the blue.
